If your fixture arrives damaged, please contact us at support@blumehd.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Can I change or cancel my order?

I entered the wrong shipping address — what do I do?
Contact us immediately at support@blumehd.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect the parcel.
Do your lights come with bulbs?
Unless stated otherwise in the product description, bulbs are not included. The product listing will specify the bulb type and wattage required.
